Manage from anywhere
The agents run on your machines. The control doesn't have to be tied to them. Keikaku keeps a single catalogue of your projects, agents, and outcomes that you drive from anywhere — phone, laptop, another office — while the work happens on the hardware back home.
What it is
A separation of the control plane (where you plan and review) from the execution plane (where agents actually run). You don't have to be sat at the machine doing the work to manage it — you open the app, see everything, and steer.
How it works in Keikaku
- One catalogue. Every project, its outcomes, tasks, queries, agents, and secrets live in one place you reach from any browser.
- Agents dial in. Self-hosted agents connect out to Keikaku and pull work — no inbound ports, NAT-friendly. So the box doing the work can sit behind a home router while you manage it from a café.
- Drive it from your pocket. Create an outcome, post a query, answer an agent's blocking question, or review the PR it opened — all from the app on your phone.
- See what's happening. The Tasks board, per-agent logs, and the status of every machine are visible remotely, so you always know what your fleet is doing.
- Drive it programmatically. Everything is on the API + the public MCP server too, so you (or another AI) can manage the catalogue from a script or a chat.
Where it shines
Running powerful agents on a workstation or office GPU rig, but wanting to start, monitor, and review that work from wherever you happen to be — without VPNing into the box or being chained to your desk.
